Epoxy is brittle, non UV stable, and tends to break and crack. Our polyurea coatings are 3 times stronger than epoxy, UV stable, and flexible. They are also impact and chemical resistant, and can be completed in less time than epoxy. Which means less down time for you!!

Process - 

  • Grind - proper preparation is key to obtaining proper bonding. We first remove any contaminates on your concrete, open the pours of the concrete to build a solid foundation for the base coat to bond to.

  • Repair - Grind out cracks to make larger, allowing our specifically designed polyurea repair material to pond properly. Our repair material keeps elasticity to help move with your concrete, helping to keep the cracks from reappearing.

  • Basecoat - Our polyurea base coat come in 2 colors (tan and grey) and is UV stable to protect against discoloration from strong effects of the sun.

  • Decorative Flake - Ploymer vinyl chips add slip resistance and beauty to the concrete surface. Choose from ____ stock colors. Custom colors available.

  • Top coat - The final step of the process applies a polyaspartic topcoat that guards against UV rays, scratches, salts and de-icing agents, gas, oil, and most chemicals while locking in the decorative flake blend. A additional traction grit can be added to the top coat.
